Physical damage prevents the device from functioning properly.
Problem description
motor mount broke. need custom mounting plate and screws

replaced bulb.
mounting bracket was upside down, after fixing it right side, the cover is able to close.
motor works well on new acrylic bracket but just that cannot close the back cover, so have to rework the bracket.
need to drill larger hole in the acrylic to give more room for black plug to seat in fully.
