No power (wall socket)
The device does not show any signs of life when plugged in and turned on.
Problem description
Primary coil for transformer at 240V setting is broken.
Suspect that internal 18650 battery is depleted as well.

Repair Notes
Advised participant to purchase a 240Vac to 9Vac 10W transformer for replacement.
Note that there is a 110V / 220V slide switch behind the battery compartment. The primary coil for 110V is still intact.
