Problem description
The kettle is not functioning at all. Normally, a red indicator light turns on when the kettle is operating and heating water. However, the light no longer appears when the kettle is switched on, and the water does not boil.

Repair Notes
The following steps are conducted:
1) Test continuity for the power base and plug using NCV. Outcome: PASS
2) Dismantle power base and test for continuity for the cables and pins hidden in the power base. Outcome: PASS
3) Visual inspection on the pins to check for rust. Outcome： PASS4） Continuity check on switch. Outcome: PASS
5) Continuity check on heating element. Outcome: Heating Element displayed not resistance indicating that the heating element is already damaged.Result：Kettle is deemed beyond repair as heating element is not feasible to be repaired.
