weird noise. vibration not strong

despite introducing a gap it is still faulty. the noise is less but the vibration is less strong and intermittent.
the magnet and coil are too close, without a gap it's hard to vibrate.

basically disassemble until you can loosen 2 screw (one of them is hidden under the circuit board assembly) holding the red coil. once loosened, insert a credit card to shim the gap between magnet and coil. then tighten the 2 screws and reassemble
the charger is narrower (12mm) than standard uk plug (14mm), have to use physical adapter before it'll fit into socket.
device does charge and power on but vibration is weak
