Problem description
it does power on but all ports are unresponsive.
cannot be reset.

opened it up and discovered its flash drive was missing.
flashed a spare thumbdrive with compatible edgeos (ER-e100.v2.0.9-hotfix7) and plugged it in and boot the router, port 1 responds again to static ip 192.168.1.1 and default credentials.
