Faults
Physically damaged
Physical damage prevents the device from functioning properly.
Problem description
Cannot control speed of blender. Turning knob spins freely and speed is stuck at 1. Need to turn on and off by using the power plug switch.

Repair Notes
Plastic (that was connecting to inner turning knob) cracked and so couldn't control the speed. We cable tied the cracked part, applied fibreglass tape and epoxy glue (rapid). Waiting to try it after glue is done
