tested, it works
motor wire frayed due to wear during the repair process when the assembly was placed upside down for extended period. put in a new heat shrink over the frayed part.
attached new thermal fuse 192deg c, neutral wire is complete again. will reassemble and test
need thermal fuse 184 degc 250v10a
suspect thermal fuse broke, since the neutral wire continuity is broken after it goes into the heating coil assembly. need to further open the heating coil/fan assembly to confirm.
