The device does not show any signs of life when batteries are inserted and turned on.

Repair Notes
Toy is tricky to dismantle.
Trick is to pull out the small white plastic tabs securing outer clothing and stuffing, then pull away to reveal inner screws. Partially unscrew such that head can come off (detach ribble cable) then remove clothing and stuffing before opening the toy fully.
Switch is fine.
Motor is fine.
Speaker is fine.Circuit board issue.
Unable to find circuit board spare part. Bypassed circuit board and hooked switch to motor only, toy can move but no sensor or sound.
