Problem description
can only feed paper 1 sheet by 1 sheet printer refuses to feed paper otherwise.

reminder to use windows 10 VM (not win11) as the printer/driver is old.
the pickup roller recovered after rotating the fresh part out and cleaning with the special fluid (ordered as 搓紙轮清潔修復劑 from pdd)
there is an unrelated issue with the aftermarket magenta cartridge causing streaking and toner leakages. it only shows up when printing colour and not bw.
advised the owner to replace the defective cartridge.
managed to use the Service Mode windows driver to lift the pick up rollers, they do look dirty. might have to order the specialty roller cleaning fluid online.

unable to even print test page, printer always gives up saying paper jam when it is not even feeding paper
