Problem description
it can warm but doesnt froth, motor not spinning

cannot find pcb. stripped for parts.
pcb caps are not bulging. no obvious signs of corrosion. bypassed 1 filtering cap but still nothing
unable to find exact pcb replacement part. unlikely to be able to proceed
motor coil is 30ohms (probably normal)
measured live from the pcb there is no voltage out for the motor, either ac or dc. suspect pcb faulty.
